SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders are shipped within 1-10 business days from the date of your order. USPS ground shipping takes 2-5 business days for USA orders. International orders are shipped within 1-10 business days from the date of your order, and shipping takes 7-15 business days to arrive. USPS determines the shipping rates, not JoAnn Solomon Beauty, INC.

GETTING YOUR ORDER FILLED QUICKLY AND EASILY:
• Please capitalize all names, cities and street addresses appropriately, and do not write in ALL CAPS.
Double check your PayPal shipping address for accuracy. 
• Please make sure all order fields are filled out.
• Please do not use a PO Box in your shipping address. We need a physical address.
• Although we endeavor to ship out our products as quickly as we can, occasionally there are inventory delays, and we will ship as soon as is possible.
